Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment processes (job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews).
- Coordinate post-recruitment activities, including candidate follow-up, salary negotiations, preparation and acceptance of offer letters, collection of required documents, and arrangement of air ticket bookings.
- Handle employee onboarding and induction procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records including personnel files, attendance, leaves, and overtime, Mandatory legal documents,
- Monitor salon staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Process monthly timesheets and coordinate with payroll.
- Handle employee grievances, complaints, and disciplinary procedures in coordination with management.
- Track & follow up with contract renewals, Health card renewal, BBC health certificate renewals.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company HR policies.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
