Ø Job Summary:

The HR Officer will oversee day-to-day human resources and admin operations to ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies. The role includes managing employee records, recruitment, payroll coordination, and HR administration to support the smooth operation of construction sites and the head office.

q Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer preparation.

· Coordinate with site and department managers to identify manpower needs.

· Prepare employment contracts and ensure all new hires complete onboarding documentation.

· Conduct employee orientation and maintain updated manpower lists for all project sites.

· Maintain accurate employee files (soft and hard copies) in compliance with UAE labor regulations.

· Prepare and update HR records such as attendance, leave, visa, insurance, and passport expiries.

· Process employee requests related to NOCs, salary certificates, and employment verifications.

· Support PRO activities for visa renewals, cancellations, and medical testing coordination.

· Compile monthly timesheets from project sites and verify attendance data.

· Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll preparation and WPS compliance.

· Manage leave and end-of-service benefit calculations according to UAE Labor Law.

· Handle employee inquiries and complaints with professionalism and confidentiality.

· Ensure proper communication of company policies and disciplinary procedures.

· Promote a positive workplace culture through fair and transparent HR practices.

· Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labor law regulations.

· Prepare HR reports, manpower summaries, and leave status updates for management.

· Participate in audits and ensure all employee records are complete and up-to-date.

Ø Knowledge and skill Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.

· 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the construction or contracting sector in the UAE.

· Sound knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa procedures, and HR best practices.

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/ERP systems (e.g., Zoho).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and perform efficiently under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
