Responsibilities:

  • Assist in full‑cycle recruitment: , posting adverts, sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding & orientation of new employees.
  • Maintain and update employee records, personnel files and HR information systems.
  • Help manage attendance, leave, and time‑keeping records.
  • Assist with payroll input / payroll‑related tasks under supervision.
  • Support training & development activities (organizing training sessions, following up on training completion).
  • Respond to routine employee queries and provide guidance on HR policies & procedures.
  • Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management,Business Administration, or related field.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR — ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Pakistan.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
