Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors in HRM with 2-3 years work experience
• Work experience in a production setup (having at least 500 headcounts) will be given advantage

Job Responsibilities:

• Advanced level of Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PIVOT) required and VBA/Dashboards are preferred
• Must have good knowledge of EOBI/Social Security (KPK)/PF/Labour Laws, employees registration, issuance of Social Security cards, supporting employees to avail benefits
• Must have good knowledge of handling all HR related matters such as leaves & attendance management, biometric machines & data, joiners enrollment, bulk hiring, maintenance of ATS/Talent Pool, record management (soft/hard form), identify gaps in policies implementations in all domains and levels, and maintain HR Performance Dashboard
• Support payroll process with all monthly changes and related elements
