Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a CV pool for various positions at the upcoming tile plant.
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and organizing resumes from multiple job portals, career fairs, and other sources.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
- Coordinate with senior HR professionals to identify hiring needs for the new plant.
- Assist in job postings and candidate outreach via emails and social media.
- Support in onboarding documentation for future hires.
- Provide administrative assistance, including file management, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
- Help in employee attendance tracking and office management tasks.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong research and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and job portals is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
