Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a CV pool for various positions at the upcoming tile plant.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and organizing resumes from multiple job portals, career fairs, and other sources.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate with senior HR professionals to identify hiring needs for the new plant.
  • Assist in job postings and candidate outreach via emails and social media.
  • Support in onboarding documentation for future hires.
  • Provide administrative assistance, including file management, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, interviews, and HR-related events.
  • Help in employee attendance tracking and office management tasks.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong research and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with recruitment databases, LinkedIn, and job portals is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
