We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting employees, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and new hire onboarding.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and maintain a positive working environment.
  • HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies, assist in updating HR manuals, and support audits.
  • Performance Management: Support performance reviews, manage employee evaluations, and identify opportunities for growth and training.
  • HR Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, organize learning sessions, and track employee development.
  • HR Reporting: Generate and analyze HR reports to aid decision-making.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an HR Officer or similar role (typically 2+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
