Job Description

  • Responsible for providing administration and human resources support at the Head Office and the projects.
  • To assist the HR Deputy for visa processing and other legal documents of the employees.
  • To assist in preparing employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation, induction and training programs.
  • To assist in coordinating with the departments for the training needs of the employees.
  • To assist in checking accurate training and development records.
  • To assist in completing human resources operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • To provide support to the employees and coordinating with the Site HR and Administration Officers and HR Manager of any issues or problems.
  • To assist the HR Deputy in maintaining the master registry and personnel files of the employees.
  • To assist and ensure the effectiveness of the employee’s annual performance appraisals.
  • To assist in liaising with the projects about employer and labour relations.
  • Ensuring compliance with confidentiality, never passing any sensitive documents are kept securely.
  • To provide support to the Head Office HR and Administration department.
  • To carry out ad-hoc requests given by management.

Experience and skills

  • At least 5 years’ experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Must have customer service skills and office management know-how.
  • Must be fluent in written and oral English language.
  • Ability to develop and maintain record keeping systems and procedures.
  • Ability to develop and deliver presentations and training.
  • Strong people management, leaderships skills in multi-cultural setting and ability to motivate the team.
  • Organised, able to prioritise and adhere to strict guidelines.
  • Capable of making fair/sound decision and has a problem solving and facilitation skills.
  • Qatari Driving license is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
