Primary Purpose of the Job:

Manage the forecasting, identification, allocation and provision of manpower resources (Direct Hire and Call-off), as well as Managing Call-off Manpower contracts, Human Resources related support, Translation, supervision of office facilities to Projects, Engineering & Procurement Services Directorate to meet the objectives and business plans/ strategies.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 10-12 years of work experience is essential, with at least 5-7 years experience preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Solid leadership, organizational and analytical skills are essential. Ability to multi-task; excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation skills and presentation skills are required.
  • Must be computer literate and fully conversant with the use of related planning software particularly primavera and knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline/ business administration or equivalent is essential.
