Job Summary:
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration. This role ensures compliance with labor laws and internal policies while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Coordinate training sessions and performance evaluation processes.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and time sheets.
- Generate regular HR reports as required by management.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Multilingual skills are a plus (especially if working in a multicultural environment).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the logistics, operations, or delivery industry is an advantage.
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
