HR Officer

The ideal candidate must have experience as HR within a healthcare environment, excellent organizational skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

· Arabic speaker.

· Strong skills in Payroll, Employee relations.

· A Strong Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law

· Knowledge of MOPH Registration & Licensing Process is must.

· Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate

screening, interviews, and onboarding.

· Ensure compliance with recruitment policies

· Responsible for evaluation and Licensing in DHP and all paperwork's for Nurses, Allied Health Practitioners and Physicians. Responsible submitting privilege for doctors.

· Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with local labor laws and regulations.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, and confidential HR files.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2-4 years of experience in a similar HR role, within the Healthcare sector.
