• 1–3+ years of HR experience, preferably in real estate or sales-driven environments
• Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in performance management and policy development
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
