Job Title: HR Officer
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly sharp, driven, and detail-oriented HR Officer to handle core HR Operations and Recruitment. This role is suited for individuals who think fast, take ownership, and can independently manage critical HR processes with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
- Manage and maintain accurate employee records
- Maintain and update the salary modification sheet with high accuracy
- Draft and manage HR letters (employment, confirmation, transfers, etc.)
- Support payroll inputs and ensure data integrity
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and timelines
- Manage employee medical insurance claims and coordinate fuel card-related matters
Recruitment:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment independently
- Source and identify quality candidates through multiple channels
- Screen candidates with a strong focus on quality and fit
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers for quick closures
- Maintain a strong and active talent pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on HR experience (Operations + Recruitment)
- Proven ability to multitask and handle pressure environments
- Strong ownership mindset and execution speed
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Sharp, proactive, and solution-oriented thinker
- Experience with HR portals/systems (Odoo and Zoho preferred)
- Hands-on experience in managing medical claims and employee fuel card processes
