HR Officer

Job Description:

We are urgently looking for a competent and responsible HR Officer to join our team within 3–4 days. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations and ensuring smooth staff handling at outlet level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct efficient CV screening and shortlist suitable candidates in a timely manner
  • Manage job postings across multiple platforms including social media, LinkedIn, and Indeed
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, and assist in finalizing candidates through the recruitment process
  • Ensure smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Oversee outlet staff management and maintain proper coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely HR reporting via WhatsApp and internal channels
  • Assist in payroll-related tasks and ensure proper salary processing support
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations in a professional and organized manner

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HR or relevant field preferred)
  • 1–2 years of HR experience (Retail experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability is preferred
