HR Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Officer to lead the day-to-day Human Resources operations across our business. This role will serve as the point of contact for managers and employees on all HR-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition.
  • Performance Appraisal: Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring fair and constructive evaluations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, benefits, and reward systems aligned with company policies.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a mediator in disputes, foster a positive workplace culture, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resource Management will be an advantage)
  • 5 to 8 years of proven experience in a similar HR role preferably within F&B, hospitality or retail food industries
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to arbitrate disputes and develop resolution strategies.
  • Proactive, approachable, and able to build trust across all levels of the organization.
