Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our daily human resources operations. With 2 years of experience under your belt, you will take ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, manage employee records, and help maintain a smooth, compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with our multicultural workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and schedule interviews.
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Handle the complete onboarding process for new hires (document collection, company orientations) and manage smooth exit procedures for departing staff.
- HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital employee records (contracts, IDs, leaves, and attendance). Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll inputs.
- Employee Relations: Act as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and workplace grievances.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring all HR activities comply with local labor laws and company regulations.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Exactly or around 2 years of proven experience as an HR Assistant, Coordinator, or Executive. Experience within the construction, manufacturing, or fit-out industries is a plus.
- Local Market Knowledge: Good understanding of UAE labor laws, visa processing workflows, and local recruitment channels.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and hands-on experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) software.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
