Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Officer to support the Human Resources department in managing employee relations, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of HR procedures and Qatar Labor Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment processes including posting vacancies, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Assist in payroll preparation and employee benefits administration.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Coordinate with government departments for visas, QID renewals, and labor-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar Labor Law.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support when needed.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience.
- Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law and HR procedures.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
