HR Officer - Bilingual Arabic and English

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in to HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding (offers, contracts, visa, and medical formalities)
· Employee lifecycle support (NOC, certificates, letters, renewals, terminations)
· Leave management, timesheets, and reporting (monthly/weekly HR reports)
· PRO and Finance Team coordination (visa, MOFA, Emirates ID, pensions, Tawjeeh classes,)
· Employee engagement & client relationship management
· Handling outsourced staff across government & private entities
· Preparation of HR documentation, compliance tracking, and HR reporting
Requirements:
· Proven HR experience in the UAE (HR Officer / Assistant HR Officer level or similar)
· Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
· Good MS Excel and reporting skills
· Excellent communication and organizational skills
· Ability to manage high-volume employee support across multiple clients
· Mandatory - Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (verbal and written).
Location: Abu Dhabi
