Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or a generalist HR role with strong exposure to C&B.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
