Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and school policies.
  • Coordinate with MoE and other authorities for staff documentation.
  • Maintain HR files, contracts, and confidential records.
  • Support performance management and staff relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a school environment in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Candidates based in Ajman or Sharjah are preferred.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
