Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
· Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and facilitating conflict resolution.
· Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
· Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
· Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
· Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
· Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
· Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
