About the Opportunity

Scaleup Connect is hiring on behalf of its client for the position of HR Officer – Recruitment & Onboarding. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure a structured, professional onboarding experience.

The organization operates in a fast-paced environment, particularly hiring for e-commerce, digital marketing, and tech roles. The selected candidate must be process-oriented and execution-focused.

Role Overview

The HR Officer will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer management and onboarding. The role demands strong coordination with hiring managers and consistent follow-up to ensure hiring targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess cultural and role fit.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and finalize job descriptions.
  • Track and maintain hiring metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion ratios.
  • Handle pre-joining documentation and verification processes.
  • Conduct onboarding orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Ensure completion of all HR documentation (contracts, policies, NDAs, etc.).
  • Monitor probation progress and collect structured feedback from department heads.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably for e-commerce, digital marketing, or tech roles.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels and screening techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up capabilities.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: PKR 45,000 – 65,000 (based on experience)
