HR Officer – Talent & Culture

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

· Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

· Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.

· Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and databases.

· Assist in implementing HR policies and best practices.

· Collaborate with departments to fulfill workforce requirements.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 1–3 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG experience preferred).

· Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems.
