We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage employee visa and labor-related processes within our UAE operations, particularly in JAFZA and Dubai mainland. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in visa cancellation, labor contracts, and government-related HR procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end visa cancellation process for employees, including coordination with relevant government authorities in JAFZA and Dubai.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with UAE labor law and Free Zone regulations.
  • Prepare and submit necessary documentation for visa cancellation, labor card termination, and end-of-service formalities.
  • Coordinate with PROs, government entities, and internal departments to ensure timely visa processing.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on visa status, renewal, and cancellation procedures.
  • Support HR team in onboarding, offboarding, and other HR administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate reporting and tracking of visa statuses and cancellations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in visa cancellation procedures in JAFZA and Dubai mainland.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visa regulations, and Free Zone requirements.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sensitive HR information with discretion.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software; familiarity with UAE government portals is a plus.

Preferred:

  • Experience in handling multi-national employee visa processes.
  • Prior exposure to other UAE Free Zones is advantageous.
