HR Officer/Arabic

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily HR operations and employee records.
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee documentation.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll-related HR data.
  • Support employee relations, performance management, and training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company HR policies.
  • Coordinate with MOHRE and relevant government authorities for HR transactions.
  • Handle visa, work permit, Emirates ID, and employee-related government processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  • Good knowledge of UAE Labor Law and MOHRE procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
  • Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Arab nationality is required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
