HR Operation Specialist – Talent 360

Role Overview:

Supports HR operational functions, focusing on personnel administration and payroll management. Ensures accurate employee records, compliance with labor laws, and timely payroll processing. Provides guidance on HR policies and contributes to smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing personnel files and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Preparing contracts, renewals, and related HR documents.
  • Handling social insurance, medical insurance, and employee benefits administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor law and company policies.
  • Managing monthly payroll cycle including attendance, overtime, deductions, and benefits.
  • Coordinating with finance for accurate salary disbursement.
  • Preparing HR and payroll reports when required.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1–4 years in Personnel & Payroll.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
  • Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, good knowledge of payroll systems, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.


Work Environment:

  • Hours: Full-time (09:00 AM – 05:00 PM OR 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM).
  • Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays.
  • Locations: Nasr City
