JOB PURPOSE
To process the day-to-day operations related to Human Resources that support
the implementation of the HR Policies and Procedures such as leave,time sheet, payroll, onboarding and employees' grievance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations Case Management
Provide first-line advice to managersand employees and resolve basic employee relations issues; refer complex issues,and cases that require investigation, to senior colleagues.
Policies and Procedures Development
Contribute to the development, testing,and maintenance of procedures and guidelines to support the organization in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
Internal Client Relationship Management
Help manage internalclient relationships by supporting others to build effective working relations.
Data Collection and Analysis
Extract relevant data from information provided by others and input it into spreadsheets or standard formats.
Document Preparation
Use standard officesoftware to carryout basic formatting of letters, memoranda, and routine reports.
OperationalCompliance
Follow a straightforward mandatory procedure to ensure that work is carried out to the requiredquality standards and/or to ensure adherence to external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Payroll Administration
Input payroll data to supportthe accurate and efficient deliveryof payroll services.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal trainingand coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices throughongoing education, attendingconferences, and reading specialist media.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administrative or Human RecoursesEquivalent Discipline.
Basic experience of simple office/ operational systems(4 to 6 months).
