Profile : HR Operations

Location: Noida

Experience: 2-3 years

Budget: 2.5 LPA - 3.5 LPA

Work timing: 10 AM to 7 PM. Monday - Friday (flexible to work on Saturdays).​

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

  • Coordinate with vendors and manage office supplies procurement.
  • Oversee housekeeping and ensure maintenance of office infrastructure.
  • Monitor and support IT coordination for new joiners.
  • Support administrative tasks like courier management, asset tracking, and documentation.

HR Administration:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, ID creation, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
  • Manage attendance, leaves.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
  • Address day-to-day employee queries in coordination with HR.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive employee data.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using HRMS (Greyt HR) or employee management software.
  • Exposure to event management or employee engagement programs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
