Job Title: HR Operations Executive / HR Operations

Job Summary

The HR Operations Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth workforce operations for home healthcare staff, nurses, caregivers, paramedics, and on-call doctors. This role ensures compliance with healthcare regulations, manages staffing logistics, supports employee engagement, and maintains accurate HR records.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for:
  • Doctors (GPs, Specialists)
  • Registered Nurses
  • Caregivers / Healthcare Assistants
  • Paramedics
  • Administrative & Support Staff
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and onboarding.
  • Verify medical licenses and certifications.
  • Maintain candidate database and staffing pipeline.
  • Support rapid hiring for urgent staffing requirements.

2. Onboarding & Credentialing

  • Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Ensure all healthcare professionals have:
  • Valid licenses
  • Background verification
  • Immunization records
  • Mandatory training certifications
  • Maintain employee files (digital & physical).

3. Workforce Operations & Scheduling Support

  • Coordinate with operations team for:
  • Staff rostering
  • Shift allocation
  • Doctor-on-call scheduling
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Handle emergency staffing replacements.
  • Ensure 24/7 service coverage compliance.

4. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Prepare payroll inputs (attendance, overtime, incentives).
  • Manage contracts and salary structures.
  • Handle reimbursements and allowances.
  • Maintain records of on-call payments and consultation fees.

5. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with:
  • Local labor laws
  • Healthcare regulatory requirements
  • Medical council licensing standards
  • Manage employee contracts and NDAs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of medical and employee data.

6. Employee Relations

  • Address employee grievances.
  • Conduct engagement initiatives.
  • Support performance appraisal process.
  • Monitor staff retention and turnover.

7. Training & Development

  • Coordinate mandatory healthcare training:
  • CPR / BLS certification
  • Infection control
  • Patient handling protocols
  • Track certification expiry and renewal dates.

8. HR Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain HRIS data.
  • Generate reports:
  • Headcount
  • Attrition
  • Staffing utilization
  • Compliance status
  • Support audits and inspections.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources / Business Administration.
  • 2–5 years of HR operations experience (Healthcare industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of healthcare staffing regulations.
  • Familiarity with HR software / HRIS systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
