Job Description:
We are seeking proactive, motivated, and highly organized individuals to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and effective HR service delivery and improving internal HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and timely input into the HRIS/payroll system.

• Maintain and update employee records accurately and timely.

• Handle HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and reports.

• Prepare regular HR reports and metrics.

• Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and exits.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or specialization in HR.

• Proven ability to use MS Office software effectively.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidates residing near Thane are preferred due to commuting considerations.
