HR Operations Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Operations Associate to support our human resources and day-to-day operational activities. The role involves assisting in HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement, along with ensuring smooth coordination of operational processes to support business efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction process.
• Maintain employee records and update HR systems regularly.
• Support payroll preparation by maintaining attendance and leave records.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and support performance management processes.

Operations

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Maintain vendor records, manage office supplies, and handle procurement requests.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis for management.
• Track project timelines and ensure operational tasks are completed on schedule.
• Support in process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
