The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR operations with a focus on HRIS, employee records, and compensation & benefits administration. The role requires strong attention to detail, compliance with company policies, and effective coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update employee records in HRIS as well as physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Administer compensation and benefits processes, including payroll inputs, benefits coordination, and record management.

Process employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, resignations, clearance, and final settlements.

Support the administration of group health and life insurance policies by liaising with insurance providers, managing enrollments, and processing claims.

Prepare and issue HR-related letters such as employment certificates, experience letters, and other official correspondence.

Assist in generating HR reports and dashboards for management review.

Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support smooth HR operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

0 - 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within a large group of companies.

Sound knowledge and hands-on experience with HRIS.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
