HR Executive

We’re looking for an HR Executive to support our teams across US, UK, Canada, UAE & KSA, with hands-on exposure to international HR operations.

This role goes beyond routine tasks. You will work on end-to-end HR processes, global coordination, and enhancing employee experience across regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end HR processes including seamless employee onboarding, offboarding (separations), and maintaining accurate employee records.
  • Assist in payroll administration, contract management and the management of employee benefits across different geographical regions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, fostering a positive work environment through active engagement initiatives and events.
  • Support HR functions for international branches (US, UK, Canada, UAE, and KSA), ensuring compliance with local standards and company policies.
  • Partner with various recruitment agencies to source talent and manage the hiring pipeline for specialized offshore roles.

Requirements:

  • Up to 2 years of proven experience in HR operations or a similar generalist role.
  • Exceptional fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory for interacting with global stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of HR administrative tasks, payroll cycles, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some overlap with the US Central Time (CST) zone to facilitate coordination with the US team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to Have (Plus Factors):

  • Prior experience or familiarity with labor laws and HR practices in the KSA, UAE, USA, or UK.
  • Experience working in an offshore or shared services HR environment.
