Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations through Zoho People, including onboarding, attendance, leave management, performance tracking, and employee data maintenance.
- Handle Zoho Payroll processing — ensure timely and accurate salary computations, statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, TDS), and payslip generation.
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
- Prepare regular HR reports and dashboards using Zoho analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with finance and admin teams for payroll inputs and reconciliations.
- Drive automation of HR workflows within Zoho HRMS to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in implementation or migration of HR modules and ensure smooth system functioning.
- Support employee lifecycle activities — confirmations, transfers, separations, and employee query management.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and statutory labor laws.
- Collaborate with senior HR team members to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Key Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Zoho People, Zoho Payroll, and related modules.
- Hands‑on experience in managing HR operations and payroll for 200+ employees.
- Good understanding of statutory compliances and HR process documentation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
