About the job Intern HR Operations

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Operations Intern to join our team. The intern will support the HR department with daily operational tasks, documentation, and employee lifecycle processes. This role offers hands-on experience in HR operations, compliance, and administration, providing a strong foundation for a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day HR operational tasks (employee data updates, filing, reporting).
  • Support documentation processes, including employment contracts, letters, and onboarding paperwork.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, master data sheets, and personnel records.
  • Assist with recruitment operations (scheduling interviews, resume management, candidate follow-ups).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
  • Help manage leave records, attendance, and timesheet tracking.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee information.
  • Coordinate with team members on policy implementation, HR initiatives, and engagement activities.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
