Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, induction, employee records, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
  • Ensure timely documentation and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and overall HR documentation.

2. HR Processes & Compliance

  • Ensure all HR operational processes are aligned with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Handle compliance audits, statutory filings, and record maintenance.
  • Implement process improvements and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for HR efficiency.

3. HR Systems & Data Management

  • Manage HRMS operations, data accuracy, and timely updates.
  • Generate HR reports, dashboards, and analytics for management review.
  • Lead digital HR process optimization initiatives.

4. Payroll Coordination

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure correct salary inputs, attendance, leaves, and other payroll-related data.
  • Manage employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and HR policies.

5. Employee Engagement & Support

  • Provide support for employee engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Resolve employee grievances related to HR operations.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage external vendors for background verification, insurance, HR services, etc.
  • Coordinate with regional HR teams and department heads to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Travel Requirement

  • The HR Operations Manager must be willing to travel PAN-India whenever required for audits, training, HR initiatives, branch visits, and operational support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
