HR & Operations Manager

● Compensation: ₹30,000/month (fixed)

Role summary:

You will own end-to-end recruitment for Pixel Street’s core agency roles and run essential HR + light office operations—ensuring we consistently hire the right creative/digital talent and keep internal people processes smooth. We typically hire for: Designers (Graphic/UI/Brand), Social Media Copywriters/Content, Business Development Managers, and other creative/consulting roles.

Key responsibilities :

1) Talent Acquisition (Primary) ● Own hiring end-to-end: role intake → sourcing → screening → coordination → interviews → offer → joining → onboarding ● Build pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and offline networks ● Source and evaluate agency talent: design, content/copy, BD/sales, consultants, and allied creative roles ● Maintain a simple recruitment tracker and share weekly hiring updates ● Improve hiring quality using clear JDs, screening checklists, and structured interview flows

2) HR Generalist (Secondary) ● Onboarding documentation, basic policies, attendance/leave tracking ● Support performance and feedback cycles; maintain team hygiene and culture practices ● Coordinate payroll inputs with accounts/vendor (as applicable) ● Act as the first point of contact for employee queries—confidential and professional

3) Office Operations (Light) ● Coordinate vendors, basic procurement, office supplies and upkeep ● Plan and manage small internal office events (celebrations, team meetups) ● Support the founder with people + office coordination when needed

Must-haves :

● 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist with strong recruitment ownership (agency/startup preferred)

● Strong sourcing skills and network (LinkedIn + offline) with excellent follow-ups

● Comfortable hiring creative/digital profiles (design, social/content/copy, BD/sales)

● Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation basics

● Organised, process-driven, and able to work independently

Nice-to-haves

● Experience hiring for creative/digital agencies

● Comfort with simple systems: Google Sheets/ATS trackers, documentation, and basic compliance hygiene
