HR & Operations Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Operations professional to manage and streamline our HR processes, ensure compliance, and support our employees throughout their lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments and wants to contribute to the growth of a modern, high-performing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee onboarding, offboarding, and induction programs
  • Maintain and update HR records, attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
  • Support HR policies, compliance, and documentation across UAE labor laws
  • Handle employee queries, HR support tickets, and internal communication
  • Assist in performance management processes including appraisals and promotions
  • Coordinate training & development programs and maintain training records
  • Generate HR reports and metrics for management review
  • Support recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR Operations experience
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and ATS platforms
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities
