Job Description:

The HR Operations Officer responsible for aligning HR practices with Mirage Misr’s business objectives while coordinating HR activities for the Egypt operation. Working closely with the HR team in the Dubai Head Office, he/she will support the implementation of HR processes for Mirage Misr, ensuring compliance with Egyptian labour law and smooth coordination across all HR functions. This role will be essential in ensuring the efficient start-up and ongoing growth of Mirage Misr while maintaining alignment with Mirage’s regional direction and standards. The HR Operations officer will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and efficient HR administrative and operational support throughout the employee lifecycle.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Strong HR operations and coordination skills
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR
  • Familiarity with Labour law in Egypt
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • Service-oriented and proactive approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of HR systems, databases and HR Metrics
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth HR operations by effectively managing documentation, reporting, and day-to-day coordination between the Egypt office and Dubai HQ
  • Drive the local execution of all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding for Mirage Misr operations in coordination with HR management in Dubai.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records while updating HR systems and databases.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are legally compliant with the Egypt Labour Law
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and assisting with disciplinary or grievance procedures under Dubai HR’s guidance
  • Support medical Insurance renewal processes for the Company Group Insurance policy and all HR local vendor management processes
  • Act as a local point of contact for HR-related matters in Mirage Misr
  • Leverage HR data and reporting capabilities to support the business in people related matters
  • Drive Employee engagement in Mirage Misr, including surveys and feedback analysis to execute local engagement initiative with management
