HR Operation Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive & Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will independently manage day-to-day HR operations, ensure smooth execution of HR processes, and maintain compliance with company policies. This position is perfect for someone with a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attendance & Data Management

  • Prepare and update the Pan-India attendance sheet on a regular basis.
  • Ensure all employee details are accurately maintained in the SARAL HRMS system.
  • Keep records updated regarding employee verification and salary account opening.

2. Employee Engagement & Communication

  • Prepare and circulate the birthday list for employees and distributors across India.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications.

3. HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Handle appointment letters post-verification completion.
  • Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Analyze HR data and create insightful reports using Advanced Excel.

4. Problem Solving & Grievance Handling

  • Address and resolve employee grievances efficiently.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements in HR operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.

5. Sales Team Conveyance Management

  • Review and verify sales team tour reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Check and validate conveyance claims as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with the accounts department for timely reimbursement processing.
  • Maintain proper documentation of all tour and conveyance-related approvals.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll systems (SARAL preferred).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Salary:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Working Days :

Monday to Saturday (Full Day on Saturday)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
