Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Operations Specialist, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning. Responsibilities include handling employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, supporting HR management processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and practices. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to help build an efficient and engaged workplace environment.

What You'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, offboarding.
  • Prepare & maintain HR letters: offers, confirmations, addendums, experience letters, etc.
  • Own attendance, leave, and payroll inputs ensuring 100% accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Admin & IT teams for smooth HR operations.
  • Drive employee engagement, events, recognition programs & surveys.
  • Support policy management, HR compliance, audits, and statutory documentation.
  • Assist in performance management cycles and tracking.
  • Prepare HR dashboards: headcount, attrition, joiners/exits, leave reports, etc.
  • Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a great people experience.
  • Support recruitment operations whenever needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
