To manage and execute daily HR operations and ensure the implementation of company HR policies and procedures in compliance with the Egyptian Labor Law, while providing effective support to employees and departments.
Requirements
Execute onboarding, employment contracts, probation, and offboarding procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and absences.
Prepare and review payroll data in coordination with the Finance Department.
Manage social insurance and medical insurance processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal regulations, and Egyptian Labor Law.
Respond to employee inquiries related to HR operations.
Prepare periodic HR reports and documentation.
Participate in improving and developing HR processes and systems.
Benefits
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
2-4 years
of experience in HR Operations.
Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
