Job Title:

HR Operations Specialist

Job Purpose:

To manage and execute day-to-day HR operations efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing administrative and operational support across all HR functions to enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute daily HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers).
  • Coordinate recruitment processes and ensure completion of required documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Manage employee files (physical and electronic) while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with different departments to support HR-related needs.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare related reports.
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data (allowances, deductions, attendance).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Participate in improving HR processes and workflows.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws (preferably Saudi Labor Law).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with ERP or HR systems such as SAP or Oracle.
  • Familiarity with GOSI and Qiwa platforms.
