HR Operations Trainee | Tamheer Program

Waad Education is looking for an HR Operations Trainee under the Tamheer Program to support daily HR operations, including employee records management, onboarding documentation, HR data updates, and coordination with different departments. The role involves assisting with routine HR tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

This position offers hands-on experience in HR operations, basic labor law, and core HR processes within a professional work environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts and Saudi labor law is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
