Human Recourses - Graduate Development Program ( Tamheer )

Job Purpose:


To assist in coordinating recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance management, HR operations, and employee engagement in alignment with DP World’s objectives, while supporting employee counseling efforts.


Key Accountabilities:


  • Assist in the implementation of the People Department’s business plan.
  • Support documentation and coordination of staff increments and promotions.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing reports, documentation, and onboarding for new employees.
  • Provide assistance in orienting new hires on departmental activities and procedures.
  • Help maintain and update employee records.
  • Support the coordination of training reports and documentation.
  • Assist with internal communication within the People Department.
  • Provide support for any special HR projects or initiatives.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Observe department operations and assist with recommendations related to hiring, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, terminations, and performance management.
  • Help develop and update job descriptions in line with organizational needs.
  • Follow up on performance standards, assist in evaluations, and support personnel actions as required.


Education:


Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Public Administration, or Business Administration.
