Experience: 6 month and more Experience
Shift: Rotational (7 AM – 3 PM | 3 PM – 11 PM | 11 PM – 7 AM)

Job Summary

We are looking for a fresher HR professional to join our Industrial Relations (IR) team. This role offers hands-on experience in factory HR operations, workforce management, and statutory compliance within a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily worker attendance records.
• Assist with HR and IR documentation, record keeping, and filing.
• Support the preparation of employee records, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Coordinate with plant teams for workforce scheduling.
• Assist with PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports; maintain data in MS Excel.
• Provide support for day-to-day HR & IR administrative activities.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Basic understanding of HR & IR processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn with attention to detail.
