Join IPEC India Pvt. Ltd. as our People & Culture Lead, where you’ll play a key role in driving HR excellence across culture, diversity, talent management, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a culture ambassador, aligning people practices with company values.
• Design and drive Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, awareness programs, and workshops.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and the complete employee life cycle.
• Oversee talent development, performance management, and succession planning.
• Lead employee engagement, branding, recognition, and wellness programs.
• Conduct employee surveys and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of HR experience in manufacturing or related industries.
• Proven success in D&I and employee engagement programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• MBA in HR or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preference: Female candidates with experience in manufacturing industry.
