Job Title: HR & Recruitment Officer / Government Relations (PRO)
Location: United Arab Emirates - Sharjah
Required :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE in HR, recruitment, and government procedures.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Maintain and update employee files and records regularly.
- Prepare employment contracts, experience letters, leave forms, and other HR-related documents.
- Monitor attendance and manage attendance records.
- Implement company HR policies and procedures.
- Follow up on the expiry of health insurance, IDs, contracts, and notify management for renewal.
Recruitment:
- Identify hiring needs in coordination with different departments.
- Post job ads, receive CVs, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial interviews and recommend qualified applicants.
- Coordinate interview schedules with managers and update candidate status.
- Prepare job offers and follow up on contract signing.
Government Relations (PRO):
- Handle all government-related tasks including:
MOHRE, Immigration, Emirates ID, Health Authorities, Insurance, Economic Department, Municipality, Traffic Department, Tasheel, and other government centers.
- Process issuance and renewal of visas, Emirates IDs, work permits, trade licenses, and establishment updates.
- Follow up on fines and violations and work on rectifying them.
- Prepare and verify all required documents for government transactions.
- Represent the company professionally at all official government entities.

- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in computer use and government e-services systems.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.

- UAE driving license.
- Experience using government portals such as MOHRE, Immigration, and Emirates ID systems.
