Dany Tameerat is hiring an HR Executive/Manager to lead policy-making, recruitment, and HR operations for our expanding real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.

Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.

Oversee performance appraisals, KPIs & employee relations.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.

Handle payroll coordination, attendance & HR records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or Business Administration.

3–5 years HR experience (real estate preferred).

Strong knowledge of HR policies & labor law.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
