Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Professional who can independently manage core HR functions and bring structure to people operations. This role requires strong ownership, decision-making ability, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment with accountability for closures
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain HR documentation and employee records
• Oversee attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and HR standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in HR or related field
• 2–4 years of experience in core HR
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
• Organized, assertive, and process-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹9,211.00 per month
