HR & Quality Assurance Officer

Position Title: HR & Quality Assurance Officer
Location: Islamabad(On-site)
Salary Range: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 (Fixed range – apply only if comfortable)

Overview:
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented individual to oversee both HR operations and Quality Assurance across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have a strong understanding of HR processes, and be confident in managing performance, compliance, and documentation standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership and believes in doing things right the first time.

Key Responsibilities:
(1) Supervise and execute daily HR operations, including attendance, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and record management.
(2) Monitor departmental performance through regular QA audits and ensure adherence to SOPs and service standards.
(3) Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
(4) Prepare performance and compliance reports for management review.
(5) Support team leads in maintaining a culture of accountability, accuracy, and professionalism.
(6) Act as a bridge between HR and departmental management to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
(1) Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field).
(2) Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, QA, or administrative coordination roles.
(3) Strong command of written and spoken English.
(4) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
(5) A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
(6) Comfortable managing multiple functions simultaneously.
